Hi, Good day. I am currently holding an authorization letter to use improvised plates that is valid until the release of the duplicate plates. This car has been bought 4 years ago from the first owner and the authorization has been transferred to the new registered owner. Can you provide me the best contact person who can possibly check the status of a Duplicate Plate request and provide me information where to get it? I will disclose all info to this contact. I am not sure which LTO branch is processing the request but the authorization is issued from LTO Capas Tarlac. Thanks, Ericson R.
