Hi! Good day! Last April 4, 2022, I processed the issuance of my COP - BT and I made a payment with a control number: MA0X52FSFB. However, upon verification, I still have a pending request for revalidation of the same document or certification. And it shows that I already have duplicate a payment for the same request . I acknowledged it was my fault because of some error with my MISMO account. With this, I would like to ask from your good office if possible that I could use that payment for the Issuance of my COP - RATINGS FORMING PART OF AN ENGINEERING WATCH (III/4). Thank you.
