I am having my thesis this year, and the topic that I chose is ‘Reinforcing Legislative Oversight: Introducing Sunset Review as a Mechanism in Reviewing Laws’. I would like to inquire about how the Department will participate or role in the Oversight of the 4ps Oversight Committee from Congress and the framework based on such review for purposes of remedial legislation Thank you!
