Magandang hapon po. Ako po si Norlaily Hadjinoor isang pregnant women.. nakafilled up na po ako ng form dito samin ngunit hindi po kagaya ng SAP form ng DSWD. Hanggang ngayon po wala pa pong resulta samin sa programang ito. Vendor po ang asawa ko ngunit di makapag tinda dahil sa quarantine. Kabuwanan ko na rin po.. sana po matulungan nyo po kaming maiabot samin ang financial assistance na ibinahagi ng ating pangulo.

You requested information on the following: (1) whether the DSWD Social Amelioration Program in the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan has been given or not considering your husband is a vendor and that you are pregnant.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

However, you may contact the DSWD Information and Communications Technology Management Service (ICTMS) through its 24/7 hotline at telephone 89512803 local 8892 to inquire about your concerns about the Social Amelioration Program brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your right to request a review
