Good afternoon i am faye camille naguit from mandaluyong. i got already my owwa last april . And i wasnt able to get my sss or any dswd. I need help after my grandma had stroke and my dad got to ER im the one who helped them for the medication thats why im trying to ask any help. I hope you understand me im a 1st time ofw who didnt finished my contract i hope you can help me. Please do help me. Hopefully i can have SAP or any help from dswd or dole camp thankyou

Your request You are seeking the following: (1) Financial help from DSWD or DOLE CAMP because you were laid off from work as a first-time OFW and you didn’t finish your contract.. You already got something from OWWA. You need help as your grandmother had a stroke and your dad was hospitalized, you are helping with their medications. Response to your request Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. However, you may contact the DSWD Social Amelioration Program Hotline Numbers at telephone number 16545 or by cellular phones through calling 09474822864 (Smart), 09162471194 (Globe) or 09329333251 (Sun) or texting 09189122813 or by e-mail at [email protected] to inquire about your concerns and/or report irregularities about the Social Amelioration Program brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Republic Act No. 11469 or the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is the government agency tasked to implement the DOLE-AKAP for OFWs displaced by the COVID-19 pandemic.
