Your request You requested the following: (1) That you be included on the list of those who may receive SAP as you haven't received anything either from DOLE, SSS or DSWD. You were one of those no work, no pay employees within the whole duration of ECQ. Response to your request Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. However, you may contact the DSWD Social Amelioration Program Hotline Numbers at telephone number 16545 or by cellular phones through calling 09474822864 (Smart), 09162471194 (Globe) or 09329333251 (Sun) or texting 09189122813 or by e-mail at [email protected] to inquire about your concerns and/or report irregularities about the Social Amelioration Program brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. According to MC 009, s. 2020 entitled Omnibus Guidelines in the Implementation of the Emergency Subsidy Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development and is available at https://www.dswd.gov.ph/issuances/MCs/MC_2020-009.pdf, it is the barangay that chooses the SAP beneficiaries. Specifically: X. Role of the LGUs The LGU shall perform the following: xxx 2.
