Hello! Goo day po Ma'am/Sir. I am Venancio Cabugwas Lenis, lolo ako ni Marc Juven Cabanigan Lenis.Ang apo ko ay isang Grade 4 student sa Balili East Central Elementary School. Ako na po ang guardian nya, dahil ang ama at ina nya ay hiwalay. Walang trabaho ang ama at ina nya. Ako po ay isang laborer, gusto ko pong maka avail sa educational assistance program ng gobyerno. Para makabili ng school uniform at school supplies ng apo ko. Nahihirapan po akong pagsabayin ang pagbili ng gamot, bigas ,ulam at gamit sa school ng apo ko. Tulungan nyo po kami Ma'am/Sir. Maraming Salamat po!
