Hello po! Magandang araw sa inyo Ma'am/Sir. Ako si Dennis Ceniza Lenis, anak ko po si Cris Jhon C. Lenis. Isa po syang Grade 10 student ng Kapatagan National High school. Isa po akong tricycle driver, ang asawa ko ay nasa bahay lang. Gusto ko sanang humingi ng tulong sa inyo para maka avail sa programang ito. Wala po kasi kaming 4ps, at wala pong scholarship yung anak ko. Sana po makapasok kami dito para mabilhan ko po ng bagong school uniform at karagdagang school supplies ang anak ko. Hindi pa ako makabili ng bagong uniform nya kasi ang mahal po ng presyo. Sana po matulungan niyo kami.
