Good day! Hope all is well with you. I am Cindy Jine Lahaylahay, currently working here in the United Arab Emirates. My partner JAYRALD H. GASATAYA and my son KIM DYLAN LAHAYALAHAY GASATAYA are supposedly to apply for a passport today Feb 28, 2022, at DFA Bacolod, but then we are not able to proceed due to lack of DSWD Clearance since I am not married to his father. We are asked to get it from Regional Office in Iloilo City, in line with that I would like to ask if possible to send all requirements thru email/fax/electronic since my son is currently residing in Ilog, Negros Occidental.
