Hello! I reach your office to have the said cash assistance for students which I know that my 3 siblings can benefit with this program.

1. 2 of my siblings  enrolled in High School and 1, my sister enrolled to tertiary level to pursue a college degree, and my older brother is still in 4th year college for his OJT and some school paper works. 
2. My father is still on treatment and recovery from his sickness which I who does not go to school for personal reasons and my mother are helping each other just to support our family, it's something hard for us.

To clarify: what are the exact requirements needed to benefit with this program. Thank You.
