Response to your request
Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.
It is the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) that may have the data that you require. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the NCSC. You may also contact them by telephone at (02) 8-931-81-01.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ERWIN T. TULFO at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
