Good day! I am an OFW currently in Taiwan. I need to renew my Driver's License which was expired last November 26, 2021. I am instructed to register on LTO Portal online, and in the website there's a need for the Serial Number, but my old Driver's License doesn't have one. That's why I would like to request for a Serial Number so I could proceed with my renewal of license. Thank you.
