I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested. 1.Here are the requirements in getting Driver's license certification:   -Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt -For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid -Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative.   Kindly send your authorized representative, a copy of your driver’s license, authorization letter and a copy of a valid government issued ID of your representative, a corresponding fee of Php 100.00 is charge for the said certification. This certificate may apply at the License Section, LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City.
