July 14, 2022.
Purpose: Contest my right as a driver and practice RA 4136 to the apprehending officer
Date of Coverage: 07/14/2022 - 07/14/2022
Tracking no: #LTO-047779078486
July 13, 2022 (08:37 PM) I am driving my motorcycle without a helmet at Camp Macabulos, Tarlac City the appointing officer didn’t tell me what operation they are conducting and he didn’t even tell his name to me but I saw his name tag and he is Police Officer PAT Dumpao. I was issued a traffic citation ticket, confiscated my drivers license and threaten me on adding more violations. According to RA 4136 only the deputize officer can take away my Drivers License and give me a temporary operators permit. I believe its not a proper conduct for a police officer.
