Hello! We would like to request access to the Number of Lanes and Road Classification layers available on this portal - http://dpwh.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=4bc4f2dc3a5644088c57de02108a8fd3.
These two layers contain attributes like number of lanes, traffic flow direction, road name, road classification and route number that would help the existing OSM data for Cebu.
