Good day. I would like to request information on the process of promotion evaluation. Please furnish a copy of DPWH Region IV-B Board Resolution Clarifying the Guidelines and Criteria in Giving Weight Allocation for the Written Examination and Interview duly approved by the Civil Service Commission. Sir, Please be informed that this request is now way beyond either the standard processing time of fifteen (15) working days for simple requests or the extended processing time of an additional twenty (20) for a total of thirty-five (35) working days for requests that require extensive search of the government’s office records facilities, examination of voluminous records or the occurrence of fortuitous events in which none of these reasons are applicable since the nature of this request fall as simple.
