Dear DPWH, As requested, Its the main problem here in philippines..We keep the government documents and standard unavailable to everybody..unlike in other country all standards with respect to construction are being distributed to all.For their references..I saw some of the books being sold for high price.. But Thanks anyways don't expect us to fully comply with the standard which we did not even see it..Thanks..
