August 18, 2020 Dear Manuel, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 16, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for DPWH Bluebook vol 1, 2 &3. "We regret to inform you that we cannot provide your request inasmuch as we are not authorized to distribute the electronic copies of the said Standard Specifications. The Department only allows distribution of the hard copies of the DPWH Standard Specifications and retails it for the price of Php 750.00 per book. ...it is advised that we wait for the completion and release of DPWH Standard Specifications latest edition."
