Hello! I am currently doing research on road traffic laws in the Philippines. As such, I would like to request for a full text copy of Department of Public Works and Communications (DPWC) Administrative Order No. 1 issued on February 19, 1968, which promulgates the rules and regulations governing limited access highways.

Your request You asked for DPWC Administrative Order No. 1 s. 1968. Response to your request Please refer to the reply from Records Management Division, this Department: "This has reference to your forwarded request for a copy of Department of Public Works and Communication (DPWC) Administrative Order No. 1 issued on February 19, 1968 regarding promulgates the rules and regulations governing limited access highways which, unfortunately, this office has no record on file." Upon further validation, the said Office only have files on record from 1982 to present. For further inquiry, you may contact their Office at (02) 5304-3177.
