Hi! I would like to file a compensation benefits for my husband, he is a police officer and didnt receive any benefits from their employer.

Good afternoon. Referring the eFOI request of Ms. Sharmaine Lete for compensation benefits due to a police officer who tested positive for COVID-19. Please be informed that the GSIS covers all government workers except for the uniformed members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police, including the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology and the Bureau of Fire Protection. In this regard, we are referring your request/inquiry to the Employees Compensation Commission. Thank you and keep safe.
