Hi! I would like to request for a PDF copy of the DOTr-DPWH-DILG Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2018-001 entitled "Guidelines and Standards for Classifications of Roads, Setting Speed Limits Under Republic Act No. 4136 and Collection of Road Crash Data" dated January 18, 2018. This is to update the Wikipedia article on "Speed limits in the Philippines" with the contents of the JMC indicating the jurisdiction of LGUs in setting speed limits for their own local roads.
