Hello! Nakakagulo po talaga yung recent separation of DOTC to become DOTr and DICT, kasi as of the moment functioning pa rin yung hotlines, websites, etc. May I request for the MoA , and MoA, Memorandum Circulars and Orders that states the complete abolition or perhaps deregulation of the entirety of DOTC ( websites, hotlines, name calling, etc.) Thanks.
