Hi! Grateful for your assistance! May I request for the Case filed by OSG-DOST/TRC against the defendant Mr. Carlos Pagba. We would like to have a timeline report regarding the events from the BOC Report that they discovered cigarettes and cigarette-making machines inside a warehouse located in the Municipality of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija which was registered in the name of Technological Livelihood Research Center (TLRC) now DOST-TRC.
