I refer to my letter of Sep 04, 2018 07:41:49 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for DOST-SEI Records Disposition Schedule.
We can provide a copy of the General Records Disposition Schedule (GRDS) concerning facilitative records (housekeeping records) for the national agencies. This GRDS has been promulgated by NAP as basis for agencies in the disposition of records.
With respect to the Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) of DOST, we suggest that make your request directly to the concerned agency. You may use the reply function on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHQsSB0NvbnRlbnQiEE5BUC02NTY2NzU4ODg2OTMM, for request with ticket number #NAP-656675888693, to respond.

Thank you for the information NAP. From what I understood in your reply, you only have copies of the General Records Disposition Schedule and that I should request from the DOST itself. Am I correct?
