I would like to request for a copy of your agency's latest and/or currently in-use Records Disposition Schedule/s which is in compliance with the National Archives of the Philippines policy for disposal of records.

Good afternoon Mr. Perez,

Apologies for the delayed response, relative to your request for a copy of ASTI's Records Disposition Schedule, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the duly approved / signed by National Archives of the Philippines as it is still pending on their side. 

In addition, this is our first time submitting an RDS for the approval of NAP hence, we don't have any established/approved RDS by NAP. 

However, we can refer your request to DOST (Central Office) Records for their Records Disposition Schedule, I've cc'ed here in our email Mr. Jhoven Litana, the head of DOST Records Section with the email [email protected].
