Recently POLO-HK has substantively and quietly changed its mechanisms for processing agencies complaints. Under the new leadership, Principle Recruitment Agencies (PRA) are free to refuse POLO-HK settlement without any consequence, even if the complainant is alleging violations of POLO-HK Agency Undertakings. I would like to obtain any policies, documents, or administrative orders that clarifies why POLO-HK is forwarding complaints to the POEA when the POEA says the complaints must be resolved at POLO-HK because the illicit activity was executed by the PRA.
