Good day I would like to request for information about the dole tupad unclaimed payout. The released date was October 10, 2023 at 3rd floor of Ynares Event Center at City of Antipolo. I'm unable to go the said venue that day. Name: Jerome S. Cabacang Address: Brgy. Mambugan, Antipolo City ID No.: RPO-2023-09-36460 U CASH PADALA Ref No.431409604517 sent by DOLE R4A TUPAD. Until now still no update may I ask what is the right process for the unclaimed payout of Dole TUPAD? Thank you have a great day.

Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Atty. Roy L. Buenafe, Regional Director, DOLE Region IV-A, 3rd Floor Andenson Bldg. II, Brgy. Parian, Calamba City, Laguna.
