Good Day,
May we ask for guidance / clarification on the following;
If a company have a construction / expansion (a different building) with in the company premises, will the DOLE report/s are to be submitted separately for the construction site (example; WAIR, RSO, Minutes of the safety committee meeting, etc.) or to be included in the reports of the existing building?

Good day again,
I understand that a separate Safety Program (CSHP) is to be submitted for the construction inside the company premises... But how about the DOLE Reports? will the data for the construction site and building operation will be consolidated for the DOLE Reports like WAIR, RSO, Annual Medical Report, minutes of the meeting?
Or the DOLE Reports for the construction site (inside the company premises) will be submitted separately from the DOLE Reports of the existing/already in operation of a building?
