July 1, 2020 Dear Lian Paul Ylanan, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 16, 2020 03:02:43 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for DOLE Provincial Field Office Staffing Pattern and Organizational Structure Standard. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the staffing pattern of two DOLE Regional Offices, namely NCR and MIMAROPA. May we inform you further that we do not have a standard staffing pattern of the Regional/Field Offices considering their peculiarities in terms of the number of establishments, proportion of employment, etc. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Silvestre H. Bello III, 7th Floor, Department of Labor and Employment, Intramuros, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
