Since DOLE cancelled the so called 'midnight deal' (https://www.dole.gov.ph/news/midnight-online-deal-cancelled/), it was stated the reason for cancellation is that the bidding process was not compliant with public procurement law. However, according to the contract, the Philippines government was not required to pay any money or expend any resources for the service provider. DOLE must practice equitable treatment of parties. Therefore, I would like to obtain the information on how DOLE plans to cancel analogous service agreements signed by other global POLO offices.
