Hi, I just want to follow up my application po for this akap assistance program?nakapagfill up na po Kasi ako ng form & continues pa din yun pagsend Ng email sa akin that I am qualified so need ko lang mgfill up and send the necessary documents but I already did it po during the 1st time I received that email that I am qualified for this program. I hope everything goes well with the evaluation. Thank you for the assistance.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 05, 2021 10:26:51 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 20, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO4A as DISAPPROVED to avail the DOLE-AKAP since your repatriation was due to FINISHED CONTRACT based on Overseas Employment Contract and your repatriation is not on the account of COVID-19. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
