July 10, 2022 Dear Mr. Paul Christian Palomar, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 08, 2022 11:41:53 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System show that you applied online for the DOLE-AKAP on March 9, 2021 and your document were are with DOLE Regional Office VI. BE CORRECTLY INFORMED that the DOLE-AKAP is a program managed by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). Hence, it is appropriate and proper that you follow-up with the DOLE Regional Office or the DOLE Provincial Office nearest you for the status of your DOLE-AKAP financial assistance. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
