Dear Mam/Sir, Please check this U Cash Padala under the name of my Wife Jasmin J Ambrocio. She cannot received the money because there is a system error in her name, instead of Jasmin, the Dole put Jasmine. And because of an incompetent person handling this my DOLE Akap cannot claim due to 1 letter Error. My wife's IDs was already sent through emails as per request by USSC to correct the name. My DOLE Akap claim was filed last May 2021 and until now still waiting. Best regards, Windelyn Ambrocio Seafarer
