Hi, I would like to obtain clarification if the e-SEnA Complaint Procedures (https://sena.dole.gov.ph/) can be availed by OFWs in overseas jurisdictions. On a number of occasions, POLO-HK staff have refused to assist OFWs and POLO-HK informed them to submit their complaints to DOLE. However, in multiple instances, a complaint was submitted to DOLE, but DOLE then refused to provide assistance and told the OFWs to go back to POLO-HK, despite POLO-HK refusing to provide assistance.
