Department of Labor and Employment(DOLE)

DOLE and Secretary Bello were recently questioned by a number of Senators regarding the authority and reasoning behind Secretary Bello's cancellation of a POLO HK agreement.

I would like to obtain a copy of such correspondence that Secretary Bello has received from any Senator and any documents letters, or responses that Secretary Bello and DOLE have provided.

It is becoming increasingly worrisome that DOLE's investigation report was insufficient and did not have valid justification to revoke the contract.
