May 31, 2021 Dear Trisha Anne Dimaano, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 29, 2021 02:05:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for DOLE Certificate of Involuntary Separation. Please be advised that pursuant to the Department Circular No 01. Series 2019-Section IV- Venue of Filing of Application for DOLE Certification stated that "employees who are involuntary separated may file their application for DOLE certification at the DOLE Field Office of jurisdiction". Separated employees may apply via walk-in but due to the pandemic, affected employees are highly encouraged to apply online if the service is available.
