May 17, 2021 Dear Michaela Javier, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 15, 2021 12:53:52 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for DOLE CERTIFICATE FOR SSS UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS. Please be advised that pursuant to the Department Circular No 01. Series 2019-Section IV- Venue of Filing of Application for DOLE Certification stated that "employees who are involuntary separated may file their application for DOLE certification at the DOLE Field Office of jurisdiction". Separated employees may apply via walk-in but due to the pandemic, affected employees are highly encouraged to apply online at DOLE-NCR website http://ncr.dole.gov.ph through their e-filing system. For follow up of request, you may contact the DOLE RO/FO to which you have lodge your request. We hope we have assisted you in clarifying your concerns. Thank you.
