Hi! I would like to request information regarding our CAMP application:
1. when we enter the tracking no. to check the status, the names of employees that appear are not the ones that we submitted. Please check the tracking no.
2. how can it be fix? we submitted last April 6 and the status is still for evaluation (with wrong names) but upon checking our submissions, names are correct.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
Please provide the (1) tracking number that you are trying to enter in the application tracker (https://reports.dole.gov.ph/tracker_est) and (2) your establishment address.
For now, we advise that you make sure that the tracking number that you enter in the application tracker is exactly the same as the tracking number that you see on your ERS dashboard.

Gud day! Yes that's our problem when checking the status because we have 16 employees and names are different from what we have submitted.
Can you please help me or send me a photo where can I found the tracking number.
We are already registered in ERS and submitted establishment report, are the affected workers already reflected for CAMP?

You may check the Establishment tracking number by logging into your ERS accounts at https://reports.dole.gov.ph/ and checking your CAMP submissions.

Dear Geralyn Quila,
If you have submitted a CAMP application using the ERS account, there should be a CAMP submissions page where you can check the status of the application. If there is none, it means that you have not applied for CAMP. It is possible that you have used a different ERS account to apply.

Gud day! We only have establishment report of affected workers and we don't have CAMP submissions because we can't able to click apply. Is it okay to make and use different ERS account for us to be able to apply for CAMP?

If you have submitted a CAMP application, there should be a 'view submissions' tab. An establishment may only have one ERS account which they can use for multiple CAMP applications.
