June 4, 2021 Dear Mr. Vince Ojeda, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 30, 2021 04:23:53 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 14, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA RWO 7 as approved or QUALIFIED on 03/12/2021 to the DOLE-AKAP. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office VII for the processing and release of your financial benefit. You can follow up the status of your financial assistance from DOLE Regional Office VII or its nearest provincial office. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
