Good Day Po!!! Nais ko lang po ipaabot ng may dole akap application ang mister Arnel Basilis Ruiz po.. Approved na po sya noong October 2021 base sa email nila.. Last na follow up po namin waiting fund na lang daw. Pero til now wala na kami natatangap na update kapag nag ttxt kami.. If tatawagan naman cp nila sa no. na ito 0963-4760-835 nag ririring nag mataagal at nagiginh unattended na sya sa katagalan.. Pasuyo nman po na nakatataas kung ano na po ang nangyari dito.. October 26, 2022 Dear Ms. LIEZEL RUIZ, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 24, 2022 01:33:44 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. Ms. Ruiz dapat ninyo mabatid na ang FOI ay nagbibigay ng tamang information tungkol sa "Public Concern". Bawal po sa amin mga taong gobyerno na magbigay ng information personal ng ibang tao dahil pinagbabawal ng DATA PRIVACY LAW. Si Mr. Arnel Basilis Ruiz ang tanging pwede humingi ng personal update ng kanyang DOLE-AKAP. Maliban lang po kung may katibayan na ÄUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE niya kayo. TAMANG INFORMATION: ang DOLE-AKAP ay programa ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) kaya nararapat lang na sa DOLE Regional Office 4A or DOLE Provincial Office o DOLE Central Office kayo sumangguni tungkol sa DOLE-AKAP.
