Please confirmed if this is a fact. According to OWWA Region 8 Dole-Akap Program the quota has been reached and they cannot process by now for the reason of no more Budget. Pano nalang kami ngayon na nag apply ang tagay ko nag antay mahigit 3 weeks tapos sasabihan lang na mag antay dahil wala na budget taliwas naman yan sabi sa news na mabibigyan ang mga qualified na nag apply.
