Good day po, mag follow up regarding sa dole akap cash assistance application ko, nag apply po ako Nov 30, 2021 7:24 am, nakalagay po sa tracker on Que pa, asko ko lang po kung need po ba ng other documents para ma approved? Medyo late npo kc ako nkpag apply kc under process yon visa application ko, pero bigla nlang po nag announce ang INZ na expired n daw po yon application due to covid kya po hindi pko makaalis, pls help nmn po thanks!

February 27, 2022 Dear Mr. Darwin Abadilla, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 25, 2022 12:57:49 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on November 30, 2021 to the DOLE-AKAP. Based on your OFW profile, you completed your contract in Oct. 2021 and your return to the Philippines is not related to COVID 19 and therefore does not qualify you to the DOLE-AKAP. However, you can check with OWWA Region 3 on the update of your DOLE-AKAP. You may also call the DOLE Hotline 1349 for factual updates of DOLE-AKAP If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
