April 7, 2021 Dear Mr. Alberto Libre, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 02, 2021 09:19:06 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-TABANG Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on March 2, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA-NCR as APPROVED on 04/05/2021. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office NCR for the processing and release of DOLE-AKAP financial benefit. Wiith respect to DOLE-TABANG the OWWA Verifcation System shows that you applied on March 2, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA-NCR as DISAPPROVED since the the dependent is in grade-11. DOLE-TABANG Program is for the qualified dependents of OFW enrolled at Tertiary/College Level. Follow-up your financial concerns with DOLE Regional Office-NCR. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
