Thank you for your request dated Apr 25, 2021 10:17:30 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on March 7, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 8 as APPROVED on 04/13/2021. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office VIII for the processing and release of your DOLE-AKAP financial benefit. Follow up the status with DOLE Regional Office VIII or the nearest DOLE Provincial Office.
