March 31, 2021 Dear Mr. Rex Gella, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 29, 2021 12:10:36 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on arch 24, 2021 and was APPROVED by a DOLE-AKAP evaluator from OWWA Region 9 on 03/24/2021. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office IX for the release of your financial benefit. Follow up your DOLE-AKAP benefit release with DOLE Regional Office IX. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
