Thank you for your request dated Dec 22, 2021 03:14:58 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application.
OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 11, 2021 and was QUALIFIED by OWWA Region IVA to the DOLE-AKAP on 04/05/2021.
As per procedure, your approved application was forwarded to DOLE Region IVA for the processing and release of DOLE-AKAP financial benefit.
Direct your follow-ups with DOLE Regional Office III or its DOLE Provincial Office in Batangas.
