November 7, 2021 Dear Mr. Kerwin Jefferson O. Tapar, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 07, 2021 07:57:25 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 4, 2020 and was QUALIFIED to the DOLE-AKAP on 06/08/2021 by OWWA Region 4A. Succeeding procedures related to the release of the financial benefit are handled by DOLE. Follow-up with DOLE Regional Office IV=A or the nearest DOLE Provincial Office. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
