January 17, 2022 Dear Ms. Emelita Simborio, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 15, 2022 11:23:09 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. Ang alituntunin ng DOLE-AKAP ay para sa mga OFWs na nawalhan ng employment dahil sa COVID-19. Base po sa datus namin, ang employment contract nyo ay natapos ng Marso 2020 at wala kaming nakikita na renewal. Kaya po ang pag-uwi ninyo sa Pilipinas ay dahil finished contract na at hindi dahil sa COVID-19. Maki-ugnayan sa DOLE Regional Office para sa tamang pag-unawa ng DOLE-AKAP.
