July 22, 2021 Dear Ms. Loriebeth Caadyang, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 21, 2021 05:21:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on March 15, 2021 was evaluated on 04/14/2021 by OWWA NCR as approved or QUALIFIED to DOLE-AKAP. OWWA forwarded your documents to DOLE Regional Office NCR and was processed and release your financial benefit on 07/13/2021. Follow up the status of your financial assistance from DOLE Regional Office NCR or its nearest satellite office. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
