February 2, 2022 Dear Mr. MAC MILAN LAMBUS, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 01, 2022 03:05:28 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on November 23, 2021 and was DISAPPROVED by OWWA NCR since you submitted an invalid airline ticket without a name printed on it. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
